These Terms apply exclusively to payments made through international payment methods,
including Stripe and NOWPayments.

Accepted payment methods:
• Stripe (international bank cards)
• NOWPayments
• USDT (TRC20)

By completing payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms, the applicable Public
Offer and Privacy Policy published on the Website.

The Service Provider may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe and
NOWPayments, to process payments.

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of payment information, including wallet
address selection, network selection and payment details.

The Client's payment obligation shall be deemed fulfilled upon successful confirmation of the
transaction by the applicable payment provider.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays, technical failures, blockchain network
congestion, payment processor errors, banking restrictions or actions of third parties involved
in payment processing.

In the case of cryptocurrency payments, the Client acknowledges the volatility of digital
assets and accepts all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the applicable Public Offer and Refund Policy
published on the Website.
